Sonic Gong Infusion (Sound Bath)

Using a variety of instruments such as playing on two Paiste planetary Gongs, Venus and Earth, Tibetan singing bowls, Kochi Chimes, a Shamanic Flute and Tuning Forks - this mindfully curated Sound meditation is designed to stimulate you on a deeper level opening doorways to other realities.

Yin around the Gong

Yin around the Gong^YV is aiming to access deeper levels of our existence, going beyond the material plane of our bodies. Expect a healing circle around one of the most impactful vibrational tools: the Gong. For some, the Gong is like a portal to god, the universe, into other realms, or simply: a guide to our inner selves. Yin around the Gong(yv) is a Sound Alchemy concert mixing organic and cosmic soundscapes transmitted through different instruments and aligned with well-chosen Yin Asanas.

Breath around the Gong

Breath around the Gong^YV is inviting you to clear stagnant energies in the body, the mind and your emotions. The chosen technique will reset the nervous system and release endorphins. Expect a healing circle with inbreathe and out breaths around one of the most impactful vibrational tools: the Gong. Vibrational attunement of the mind, body and spirit help us live more freely and creatively.

Gong bath under the Stars

“They say the gong is a guide of transformation. When it’s played, the body, the mind and the spirit change. For some the gong is like a portal to god, or the universe, or into other realms. When we hear and feel the gong - it is said that the listener enters into a transcendental state of nothingness, where inner truth can be accessed and visions spontaneously arise.” Let’s experience a session in sound and vibrational attunement under the Stars. Pack yourself in warm clothing and stay in contact with earth, the cosmos, and your own energy being.

Sound Meditation

Expect nothing and surrender to vibrational attunement and experience a guided Sound Meditation including Mudra Magic and the possibility to Manifest from a state of creative flow.
